Many Paths One Destination speaks at California State Prison-Corcoran

Many Paths One Destination (MPOD), will be speaking at California State Prison-Corcoran (CSP-COR) on Thursday June 27, 2024

Many Paths One Destination is a 501 (c) non-profit organization focused on providing outreach to those suffering from addiction and substance abuse. They regularly visit correctional facilities and speak to inmates about our experiences and solutions living meaningful lives in recovery. Bill Fritz & Mark Lundholm will emphasize the recovery process of opening your minds and softening your hearts to reduce stigma, raise self-esteem, lower recidivism, and create a sense of community and finally to educate and entertain with healing, humor, and hope.

The event schedule is as follows: • 0800 hours volunteers arrive and are processed into the institution (Facility 4B-level IV side). • 0830 hours arrive Facility 4B (Volunteers will speak to ducted inmates on the yard) • 1030 hours arrive Facility 3B (Volunteers will speak to ducted inmates in the gym) • 1330 hours arrive Facility 3A (Volunteers will speak to ducted inmates in the gym) • 1530 hours volunteers exit Facility 3A and will be escorted back to the level IV side. Picture taking will be provided by Education Media Specialist Hugh Neely. All pictures/media will be provided to PIO Lt. R. Clifton for approval before release.
